New MP3 Player!

I got a new mp3 player that hates me. First I put music on there. Then some songs said format error so I changed the format. Apparently me changing the format makes all the data dissapear. So, after spending an hour putting the songs back on the mp3 player I listened to the songs and some are not even working, again! I tried putting videos on there too but it says file not found. IT'S EVIL! (but it looks cool.) It lied, the manual said that the video mp3 player can play videos but its not. DON'T TRUST MANUALS! FORGET ABOUT WHAT THEY TAUGHT YOU ABOUT NOT JUDGING A BOOK BY IT'S COVER! JUDGE IT!!!!! I'M MAD AT MY VIDEO MP3 PLAYER! It's also playing a song that I didn't even put on there. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MMMMMMEEEEEEEE! TT^TT
